I have to provide a star rating, I would choose 0 but I have to mark at least 1. So they charged me ** dollars to make and keep an appointment.I will drive 2 hours using them with increase in gas prices to avoid them again. When questioned about the fee I was told it is a standard office fee. it wasn't like they had to dispose of old oil. Exactly what waste did they remove, they gave me the old key fob back with the new one. after paying almost **** for a new key fob and quoted almost **** for programing they charged me an extra *** for waste removal. The second time was a key fob was not working, I went back to Checkered flag because of proximity after all how hard can it be to program a key fob. The warranty was awesome we didn't have to repay the deductible at the second dealership they covered it. I finally had enough and took the van 2 hours away to have another dealership look at it.
After several days of phone calls and begging the warranty company worked with us and would allow 4 hours however Checkered flag insisted it would take 8 hours and we had to pay the difference. I have been scammed by the twice I took my husband's van in for repair on the sliding door, it was under warranty, the quoted 8 hours of labor, The warranty company would only pay for 2 hours.
